Deputy Administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs visits New Zealand

On May 19, Deputy Administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs Ms.Zhang Yali and her team visited Massey University accompanied by staff from the Science and Technology Section of the Chinese Embassy. The two sides exchanged views on strengthening expert services, research collaboration, technical advice and training in key areas. Deputy Administrator Zhang and Massey University Vice-Chancellor Mr.Steve Maharey signed a memorandum of understanding on inter-agency cooperation. Deputy Administrtor Zhang also visited the experts who won the provincial and government 'Friendship Awards'. Political Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in New Zealand Mr.Fang Qiu met with Deputy Administrator Zhang and her team members.
