On 17 July, Political Counsellor Fang Qiu was invited to attend and address the opening ceremony of ANZ Willis St. Branch, and jointly cut the ribbon with Mr. David Parker, Deputy Leader of Labour Party, Mr. Andy Foster, Acting Mayor of Wellington and other attendants.

According to ANZ's business plan, professional Asian business team will be deployed to Willis St. branch to provide more comprehensive and convenient "one-stop" financial services for local Chinese community and Asian customers in Wellington region.
