On 19th December, Counsellor Fang Qiu met with Director of Protocol Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade Ms. Bilkey and Deputy Director Ms. Oliver. Counsellor Fang thanked Protocol Division for all the supports and assistance to the Embassy and exchanged views with counterparts on how to deepen cooperation.
